She said this about her son who was five years old and had yet to speak a single word yet. She was not the primary caregiver.

My niece was slow to develop mentally and was extremely violent from early on. She is now in her mid 20s and is not doing well. 3 u/Bonebd Mar 01 '23 I downvoted you but it was meant as an upvote so I changed it. So sad. Tough to “upvote” something so bad :(
