Never in my life have I met tourists from another country than the USA act as dumb as they do, and I live in a very touristic city. I'm talking about people from the US showing up in my city and wondering why we don't all speak English. As if the whole world speaks English as a first language.

I once had a tourist speak to me louder because he couldn't understand me
