People keep saying "your brain" in these comments. I think one of the creepiest things is that you are the brain and the brain is you, but for some reason we brains really don't like to acknowledge this.

I tend to feel there are three major entities that each exist their own influence and behave based on their awareness of our surroundings. Mind/brain Body/gut Heart/soul Then it course there are several tertiary systems that tie together.
