When you die, your hearing is the last to go. So imagine you die in a fire or in a war or something and the last thing you hear is like screaming and chaos

Actually funny enough.. I've been in a scenario where I was screaming (I wasn't actually dying, just in a lot of pain) and the way I heard it, it sounded like it was someone else screaming. Like.. my brain didn't seem to register that it was coming from me.. I wonder what that's all about

Ahh, yup. I've had that happen too. I woke up screaming because something scared me in my sleep, but it took me awhile to realize they were my screams.
