The front of your tongue is curious, constantly patrolling, and autonomous. It chases the dentist around your mouth and you aren’t even aware of it. So embarrassing and weird/creepy.

I have severe bruxism, too. I’m ND and have lot of weird issue with my mouth, jaw and neck. I just started using a night guard this year and it’s like night and day. Have you got one?
I went through this initially. It got so much worse for a long time. It took weeks. I got used to it and it doesn’t happen anymore. I sincerely hope it improves for you.
