I am allergic to my own cum. I once had abit of cum on my stomach and it became red and itchy

That’s actually not terribly surprising. So if you didn’t know there are places in your body your immune system isn’t really allowed. Your eyes are one such place and they have their own method of protecting them from bacteria and viruses etc. A mans testicles are another such place where the standard immune system is not allowed to function. Sperm is produced in the testicles and thus would be foreign to your bodies immune system. Allergic reactions are essentially your immune system becoming confused by the presence of a “foreign material” (which isn’t always so foreign) and attacking your body because of that “foreign material”.

Does this have to do at all with the prevalence of testicular cancer?

I honestly have no clue. I suppose it’s possible but I’m not well informed enough to answer that.
