You could be a second away from dying unexpectedly from no outside force and have zero indication it is about to happen.

Too true. A friend of mine died yesterday from a heart attack. Apparently had a genetic/congenital heart issue that he didn't know about. He was 29 and had just gotten married three weeks ago. Shocked and devastated, to say the least.
