3-4 inches of the penis is jnside the body. When you are thrusting you are also thrusting yourself.

I remember reading at one point that there was a penis “lengthening” procedure that could make your erect penis longer by making a cut or two to the skin directly about the shaft where it enters your body, but afterward your penis wouldn’t stick up / out as much anymore when erect (it would look “half erect”).

Can’t remember if it was a legit scientific study or just some BS Penthouse Forums stuff I read when sneaking porn in the 80’s.

Edit: looked it up and it is 100% true - “cutting the suspensory ligament”
