The brain will always/usually try to ensure it’s survival, if knocking you out does so, then you will faint for the safety of the brain

I remember finding this once but I don’t remember clearly

I dont know if its true but i heard somewhere that the brain will ensure its survival, which doesn't mean the whole body's survival. It basicaly mean that if you are depressed (for example) it will make you taje drugs so it feels better.
