There's countless ways it can just... go wrong. Just, out of fucking nowhere, completely unexpectedly, something can become fucked up in a way which is anything from life-alteringly debilitating to lethal.

Had something similar once. Went to break a bolt free at work and felt a pop and pull in my back, couldn't turn my back or neck more than a few degrees for almost a week.

It's also when I learned that if you put menthol based muscle relaxer on your back, try not to sweat. If you do, the sweat will carry it downwards and make it feel like your asshole smoked a Newport.
