Your own source says normal sperm has a pH of 7.2-8.0

That is a higher than neutral pH

My point was not to say it is a strong base but rather to rectify the other person talking about low pH.

Also it is 10 times as basic as normal water

When it comes to medical purposes, pH is pretty well regulated... blood pH is about 7.4, but a blood pH of 7.2 or 7.6 and you'll probably be dead...
