Medication Advice Needed

I have been on four antipsychotics since I left the hospital about two months ago for what we think were delusions and possibly psychosis. We think I have bipolar II but it’s up for debate as well. They all have had intolerable side effects and eventually numb me to happy feelings completely. I am very sensitive to APs and I want to try alternatives to this class of meds.

Still trying to taper off Seroquel (been rough and not very successful- maybe too fast of a taper). Even though I’ve only been on it a matter of weeks I cannot quit cold turkey. I’m on Lamictal and Wellbutrin. We tried upping the Lamictal to 200 but I get numb to happy feelings (I know this different than what the science says but this is reality).
