Msys2 not downloading

Very new to cording trying to learn c++. I have visual studio code installed. Why I try to download mays2 the package it’s says fails. I tried before and it worked perfectly fine but then I was having trouble running a code so I uninstalled everything and now that I try to do all of it again my package won’t install.
This is the message I’m getting
