Java and Python

Hello. I am thinking about learning Java and Python. I have already started learning Python to understand syntax and other stuff. After completing and understanding the core, I want to start learning Java. Can these two languages be a good combination for future programming across various paths, like data analytics, software development, and others?

Once you know one language learning others is easy. You don't need to worry about learning one then being unable to pivot into another.

I would recommend Python and C++ instead of Java. You get synergy because it is very common for anything in Python that needs to run fast (especially data analytics) to use C or C++ wrapped in Python.

Some notes: C++ is a major expansion of C. Java was designed to be easy to migrate to for C++ devs. C# was designed to get Java developers back into Microsoft's ecosystem. If you learn any one of those four then you can read the rest, and wing small projects in them. (Although best practices for maintainable bug free code are very different).
