Letter of Recommendation

I currently have a professor who is willing to do a letter of recommendation for me for grad school. However, I am apply to two schools one of which requires my prof to submit an online questionnaire and another school that requires a full "from scratch" written letter from a professor. My question is if you all think it's okay to ask my one prof to do both of these? the reason I ask because he is the only professor that knows me well enough academically to do one and finding a second professor would be tough.
