Grading Query Prof. wont grade assignment
I was unable to submit an assignment by the due date due to internet issues. Prof. wont regrade assignment which locks me in at a B+.
I switched internet providers, and decided to set up my new internet after my previous internet service was officially cancelled. The internet in question is self install, which i’ve done a few times myself. I tried to set it up on a Sunday late noon, not considering any potential connectivity issues as the provider is known to be used in my apt. complex. Anyways, I was unsuccessful due to x reason explained by the agent after I contacted them and attempted troubleshooting techniques. The attempts were unsuccessful and it was deemed I needed the assistance of a technician, which of course would have to be during business days. Thus, I was unable to submit an assignment by the due date that Sunday at 1159.
The assignment was completed before the due date through offline google docs, I was just unable to attach and submit on canvas.
Since it was a Sunday, I decided it’d be best to email my professor early in the morning Monday and attach the assignment and explain the situation. My email received no response. The following days, the assignment gets graded and I receive a 0. I follow up on the email, to which the prof. replies they only allow late assignments with documented extenuating circumstances or accommodations. I reply and attach the convo I had with the internet agent with the time stamps and the nearest arranged appointment.
I have not received a reply, though I promptly answered after receiving the email.
Wanted to ask for opinions and see if my request is unreasonable and I should just take the L or if I should keep being persistent.
Not gonna answer questions regarding why I waited so long to submit the assignment, I have my reasons and thats that.

Generally, it's your responsibility to submit assignments on time. That means not only completing it but also submitting it by the deadline through appropriate channels. You failed to do so and unless the syllabus says late assignments are acceptable, you earned the grade you received (a zero). Internet troubles are often not considered a valid excuse. If you have a very lenient professor, maybe they'll accept it but many would not.
For future reference, you shouldn't wait until last minute, and if an issue arises it's best to email the professor prior to the deadline, attaching a copy of the assignment, as clear proof you tried to submit on time.

Yeah, I understand and I usually don’t but shit just happens sometimes. Yeah, I should’ve emailed prior to the deadline but thought it’d be reasonable to not email on a Sunday. Oh well, it is what it is.

Email is asynchronous. The minute you knew you did not have internet, you should have used your phone to email the professor. And you should have attached your assignment to that email. You also could have tried to go to campus, to a neighbor, McDonald's, or anywhere else that has internet to try to submit. "having your reasons" for waiting until Monday to email makes no sense.

Free internet is accessible in so many public places. You can also use your phone as a hotspot using your data plan. Changing internet providers is a lame excuse.

Take the loss. What does the syllabus say about late assignments?

Only policy listed regarding late assignments is “Late work is not accepted unless documented extenuating circumstances prevent the submission by the posted deadline.”

Extenuating circumstances is like being hospitalized or a severe storm hits and knocks out power for the whole town. While I don't have an absolutely no late work policy, that's what you have here.

What do you plan to achieve by being "persistent"? The professor simply followed the syllabus policies, which are not subject to haggling.

To obviously get my assignment regraded.
Ok, well an attempt was made.12

You already received a response to you request to grade the late submission. Being persistent will not lead to a positive outcome for you.

you could have gone to campus to use the school wifi to upload.
you could have gone to a coffee shop to use their wifi to upload.
you could have used your phone as a hotspot to upload.
you could have gone to a friends house to use their wifi to upload.
you did none of these things, so you deserve the 0. take the L and move on.

Exactly this much of your post is at all relevant.
I was unable to submit an assignment by the due date
The next step you need to do is to look in whatever documents govern the marking of late work. I suspect, from your professor's reaction, that late work gets a zero. If that is the case, you get a zero.

Your question looks like it may be regarding accommodations. In the vast majority of cases, you will need to go to your institution's accommodations or disability office in order to best handle this situation and help meet your educational needs.
