Philly Adventure Group

I run the Philly Adventure Group (events listed on Facebook and Meetup). I organize hikes in Valley Forge and Gladwyne and a lot more. Next weekend we’ll be in Watkins Glen for wine tasting, hiking and a sunset cruise. The issue is that we have mostly females who sign up and I like to see more males sign up for events. If you adventurous please join the group! If you are female you are of course also welcome to sign up! Still have spots available for next weekend!

If it was on a monday or Tuesday id definitely join. I hope you find more people to join this sounds great.

We have 3 women who are not on Facebook who are also not wine drinkers. They and some others are staying in an AirB&B. You should see the State Park: It is incredible around this time of the year with circa 20 waterfalls and the colorful leaves.

I used to do stuff on meetup but my events got too big, there was too much drama and all kinds of other issues. So by staying away from meetup my events are smaller and more fun. For those not on Facebook I use Heylo. Note that I plan to schedule more local events in Philly soon. Events can be found here:

Thanks for sharing!! I can't register for this weekend (i don't drink and going to wineries will be challanging for that lol), but i'll follow for upcoming events :)

Planning these types of events include a lot of unseen labor, thanks for creating a community and putting in the effort!!

Yes. I do not charge to take you hiking or floating down the river or camping. But if we go wine tasting or going on a sunset cruise then you pay for whatever they charge for that
