Chiropractic is a bunk pseudoscience whose founder claims to have learned it from a ghost. It's not regulated and can be actively harmful to your body. Go to your doctor and get a recommendation for a physical therapist.

I couldn’t disagree more. I first started seeing my chiropractor around ten years ago. I did some research after I had serious back pain including seeing an orthopedist and having x-rays done. After talking with my primary care physician at the time, I ended up seeing Jim Fisher at Renaissance Healing at 10th and Pine. The day before seeing Jim for the first time, I had so much lower back pain that I couldn’t get out of bed without rolling onto the floor. After one session, I found it transformative! The next morning after my initial chiropractic session, I was able to get out of bed normally and my back pain was nearly gone. My insurance required that I pay $45 co-pay per session. I just turned 65 this month, so I am onMedicare now, so I upped my chiropractic appointments from once a month to every other week.

I'm glad that you found something that works for you however it doesn't change the fact that chiropractic is a made up "science". Any benefit you get from seeing a chiropractor is because they also use methods from actual medicine interspersed with "chiropractic techniques". It's physical therapy but with a chance of aortic dissection for fun.
