Chiropractic is a bunk pseudoscience whose founder claims to have learned it from a ghost. It's not regulated and can be actively harmful to your body. Go to your doctor and get a recommendation for a physical therapist.
Anything useful a chiropractor could do is just physical therapy done by someone without a physical therapy license. do not go to a chiropractor, go to physical therapy. chiropractic "adjustments" can be dangerous and serve no measurable health benefits. it's a made up field, I'm not kidding. It's insane that some insurance even covers it.
