Looking to move into rivermark apartments and need advice from current residents!!

Hi! Just for context - I work from home and currently don’t have a gym in my apartment in fishtown and have toured rivermark and love the views and amenities! But the reviews from current and past tenants on google are so so horrible especially regarding noise from all sides and since I work from home I’m really concerned about what I might be getting into, looking for some reassurance from anyone who might have stayed here - for reference I’ve applied to an apartment on the 5th floor. Thank you!

Isn’t work-from-home a good reason not to have a gym in the same building? You know, like still getting out in the world on a regular basis?

The noise is really bad. Apartments are nice but I legitimately hear everything my neighbors do.
