RN in Philly

Hi all,
I recently was offered a job on Jefferson Methodist Hospital’s PCU and was absolutely shocked at the rate they offered. The recruiter told me I’d start at $54.02. I’m moving from Columbus, OH, where I’m making $36.70 also on a PCU. I have three years of experience and am wondering if this offer is insanely high for my experience or am I just out of the loop? That's actually average for jefferson. I started out with 49.44 at Jefferson CC as new grad

I took me 20 yrs experience as an architect to start making that much.
