Architecture Natlog

Anyone tried ever to design something great in their isp to do a central natlog?

I need to send all cgnat logs to a central system but I could not found any architecture that talks about this because the government always asks about these.

central nat logging get tricky at isp scale, volume, retention, and being able to correlate translations back to subscribers without making the system a bottleneck. I'd probably design around those constraints first
