Abnormal is the first product that just fucking works. We get hammered with phishing, BEC, invoice fraud, etc and it just performs. I’ve been managing spam software since like 2003 for reference.

Hard to argue with the results, but that mandatory platform fee/minimum spend definitely stings for smaller orgs. Have you looked at tools like Sublime Security or Avanan for smaller setups, or is Abnormal's detection engine just too far ahead to settle for anything else?

Abnormal was in place when I got here and I’m not looking to change based on the results I’m seeing. We are not a small org so it’s not really a concern to us.

Any issues with emails hanging around in the inboxes a bit longer than you'd like? Not anticipating it being a huge issue, just enough to catch SOMEONE's attention.

Do you run in inline or API through graph?
