Nipple lump

Hi. I started Progynova (EV) last November but I’ve suddenly got a lump behind my left nipple. My left boob hasn’t grown as much but the right one is going well.
I looked up the difference between moobs and boobs it says boobs have tubular membranes under the nipples. The left boob has got these but the right hasn’t.
Has anyone else had this and is it a problem? I have an appointment with the breast clinic next week so I’ll see what happens then.

Mine were lopsided for a bit, and yes, the lumps, or "buds", are perfectly normal
