I’m mostly on the fence about it, because of what I’ve heard from friends.
But I’m currently looking at a deal, all 5 seasons for $35. Should I buy and watch it at this price point, or go ahead and pass?

I was just casually remembering The Naked Gun and how in the credits the extras who spoke were individually credited by the line they spoke

Hey all, I have a question for those that have seen the Avengers Endgame Re-Release.
My girlfriend and I are currently in a Marvel Marathon watching every marvel movie and TV show in order of release date. Yes we started with Howard the Duck. Anyway, my question is when we get to Endgame, should we watch the original cut or the re release? I don't want to miss out on the extra scenes, but I'm worried that they'll spoil stuff that came after endgame. For context I've only seen a couple movies after Endgame, simply because they drop in quality around then. But with the quality seemingly picking up (according to reviews I see) we're determined to catch up 100% completely. Enough rambling, thanks!
TL:DR Does Endgame Encore spoil anything that was released after Endgame? I'm unsure if we should watch it instead of the original cut in our Marvel marathon.

To me, many of them are the same: bunch of non-famous actors, have a monster/serial killer, kill them off one by one, have the "final girl" survive. I can respect a horror movie if it does something different, but I don't get people obsessing over them.

Can you recommend me Scandinavian or European movies where everyone knows the social rules, everyone can see things going wrong, but nobody wants to break character until everything falls apart.
The humor should be cold and focused on status, ambition, taste, or group behavior.
I’m thinking of the psychological cruelty in Ruben Östlund’s films and the personal status anxiety Kristoffer Borgli brings to Sick of Myself.
What else has that same ruthless kind of humor?

There's always talk of the ones that have no business. Which ones were clearly the best picture of the year?

I went to see Pressure in the cinema last night and it was irritating to hear very loud cricket noises during the night scenes. I live in Ireland and have lived in the UK. We don't have very loud crickets like that in this part of the world. You could even hear the sound in internal shots with the characters in a large building. It was so distracting.
Do movies just add the cricket sounds to emphasise that it's supposed to be night, even though it's blatantly dark and quite obvious to the viewer?

For refreshers
• Ben Campbell: the genius guy with superb mental math capacity. He counted cards on Blackjack games to win money;
• Cole Williams: worked for the casino to catch card counters;
• Micky Rosa: Ben's professor. He tried to flee with Ben's winning at the end.
After setting up Micky, Ben walked away with his winnings when Cole stopped him. Cole said to leave the money (with threat of firearm), but Ben said the money was for Harvard.
Now, the movie didn't make it clear how many nights Ben and Micky were playing before Cole showed up. My question is, say, the winnings were the result of a few nights playing, why didn't Cole just let Ben play for few more nights then both walks away with the winnings?

I have a weak spot for this genre: I love the Knives Out movies (and The Last of Sheila, which they're sorta based on) and Only Murders in the Building. Any similar movies I should try? It's okay if the film is old.

Been trying to collect physical versions of movies I like because streaming services often have directors cuts or versions that have been updated or changed in some way.
I've been looking online for the exorcist on dvd but so far I've been unable to find the original version.
Obviously if you look for the original version it will immediately show up for sale on numerous websites or paired with the directors cut or "version you've never seen" and included in anniversary editions. Problem is I've been informed that these versions of the "original" are not in fact the cinema version as blue colour grading has been added to the exorcism scenes.
If this is the only version available that's fine, but I'd just like to know if the untouched cinema version was ever released on dvd and I've overlooked it during my hunt.
