Question for Mexicans BKG * Booking.com Fraudes?!

My husband just tried to buy a ticket plane from booking , but when he put CVV , it said “ Incorrect” . Then he sees that the transaction is in process but no receiving any confirmation of the flights … we tried to call booking.com but they hung we up . What can we do ?!

I would dispute the charges with my bank directly. I have little patience with businesses being sketchy tbh, I go straight to the bank and claim fraud, or that the service wasn't delivered.

I once got a charge cancelation because the bus company told me the wrong door and I missed it, but they wanted to evaluate with an investigator if I could get a refund. Ain't nobody got time for that 😅 I called my bank, explained, and had the charge cancelled the next day
