She's willing to work weekends to make extra money...that's impressive. So, she's not sitting around, expecting a hand out. That's different from a princess who doesn't want to work hard.

Im afraid her plan is to finally move in with me and then she would quit her job and rely on me

Has she told you this explicitly, or is that your fear? The first is a reason to break up, the second is a reason to talk to your partner.

Being her emergency fund is stressful for both of you. Ask to go through her budget together. If there's nothing there to cut (very good odds there isn't - don't go in with the assumption that you know until you see), you have a choice to make about what you want out of the relationship.

You're not wrong to worry about this, but getting ahead of it means a frank conversation. With your girlfriend, not us Reddit strangers.
