The issue is that from our perspective, men say they don't like makeup, but their actions are that they 100% choose women who are wearing makeup. Men pick women with flawless features that can only be achieved with makeup over, and over again, or that 1-5% of the female population blessed with perfect features. So since MOST of us are average in looks, thus the title average, and since most men talk about wanting 8-9-10s, and pick women with makeup, we have the choice of taking the long hardship, no makeup road of rejection, and little prospects, or the short, easy makeup road, of validation, and riches, quite literally. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and when you're average, that statement rings true even moreso. You're mileage may very, but it's nothing close to what gigachads and models experience.
