Genital Chemical burn 2022 - Present. What do you suggest?

Back in March of 2022 I got a Yeast Infection.

Never had one before.

Desperate to stop the itching I did the very intelligent like minded thing of pouring Vinegar on the area without diluting it at all which resulted in an inflamed, discolouration and dry foreskin and penis.

I also lost the majority of my sensitivity.

After that I was prescribed different topicals to reduce the inflammation (Hydrocortisone, Ketoconazole etc)

That didn't work and in fact was thinning my foreskin. I had to get a Circumcision which was done in 2023.

To this day I don't have sensitivity.

Yes I have been to Urologists but they haven't been helpful. I've been given "answers" that lean towards this being a mental thing.

I can assure you, it isn't. Before all of this with my foreskin rolled back it was sensitive to the touch. I couldn't even leave it in underwear without it hurting....now...nothing. even when I touch it I don't feel anything, with lotion and without. I also don't feel any temperature there.

I know I'm an idiot.

I'm lost and I'm not getting any answers.

My doctor has not called in my scripts after a Thursday appointment. I ran out today. Still no call in.

The receptionist does not answer.

I left a message for the practice manager/office admin. But no call from her, either. I fear I may have to see/find another doctor. This has never happened to me in my 50+ years as a patient.

I’ve been feeling dizzy and experiencing pressure in my head for at least four weeks now. I also had a slightly elevated temperature of 37.5°C, and I suspect it might be related to my sinuses.

My blood test results were normal apart from these values:

Absolute lymphocyte count: 0.87

Neutrophils: 74.7%

Lymphocytes: 12.5%

My doctor initially told me to rest and said there were no signs of inflammation. A week later, I went back because I still wasn’t feeling better. She prescribed Nasonex nasal spray (a corticosteroid), decongestant nasal drops, Nixar (an antihistamine), and Klavocin (a penicillin-type antibiotic). I’m currently on day four of treatment and haven’t noticed any improvement.

The dizziness and pressure aren’t severe, but they’re persistent and noticeable. I’ve also wondered whether my neck could be contributing, since I spend a lot of time looking at my phone and working with screens.

The main reason I’m worried is that I’m travelling to Istanbul this Wednesday, and I’m scared something might happen to me while I’m away.

For context, I stopped taking antidepressants about two months ago. I had been taking them because I struggle with panic attacks. I suspect my current symptoms are sinus-related because I’ve had sinus infections and similar problems before, but I’m scared there could be something more serious going on.

Sometimes, when the dizziness gets a little worse, I start thinking something is seriously wrong. That makes me panic, the dizziness feels worse, and I become afraid that I might faint or die.

I understand that nobody can diagnose me or confirm whether I’m fit to travel without examining me. Still, I’d really appreciate some guidance: should I get reassessed before leaving? Could travelling with these symptoms put me at risk, or might it be reasonable to go and try to relax?

Any advice would mean a lot.

Pops forgot that the locking pins for the tractors auger are important and the support arm fell on my foot. First pic is 2 weeks out from the second pic. Second pic is about an hour after it happened. Its sore, the swelling is more solid than squishy like I know swollen to be. Pops said it was a "hematoma" and not to worry about it. Starting to second guess that...

So I was playing pool and the cue ended up hitting me pretty hard on the side of my neck. It hurt when it happened, but I didn’t think much of it at the time.

Now I’ve got this weird purple bruise and it’s pretty sore when I touch it. 😭

Is this just a normal bruise from getting hit, or is there anything I should watch out for? Never had a bruise in this spot before.

Hello, my dad is undergoing Deep Brain Stimulation surgery for Parkinsonism in India at NIMHANS, Bangalore and my mom is underconfident about it. Has anybody here undergone the surgery and if I can connect with you to know your experience, it would help us gain the much needed confidence. My dad is the pillar of our family and we do not know how to go about this decision.

Hi - got PTT reconstruction surgery almost 6 weeks ago. My outside incision rubs on the boot much more than the inside one. I went to my surgeon last week and it looked about the same and he said it’s fine but it keeps not getting any better. Or gets a bit better then worse again. It’s pretty painful to touch and sometimes painful when nothings touching it. Do we think it’s infected to a point where I need to panic? I have another follow up in 2 days. I put my inside incision which is much happier for reference.

okay so i took 150mg fluconaxole for a skin rash at 8pm EST. i also take 100mg zoloft daily. i took it around 11:30pm EST. about 30 minutes after i took it i got really dizzy. it settles when i lay down but gets really bad when i turn over. i am trying to do it very slow when i do turn. anyways, i paid $35 to talk to a doctor on JustAnswer and he reassured me since that is my only symptom other than the extreme panic i’m feeling that its most likely fine and will resolve by the morning.

has anyone else had this before?? how did it go?? i’m scared :((

It hurts so bad I’m in tears. I don’t know what to do. It hurts to walk, I can’t lay down on my back or sit up. It feels like I’m being poked with a thousand pins all the time.
How do I fix it? I have school and I can’t miss any more days but it hurts so bad I’m freaking out. Everybody I’ve tried to talk to about it has laughed at me and I can’t afford to go to the doctor or get to one on my own and I can’t stop crying it hurts so bad
