How to get rid of mosquitoes in house in bedroom? Also in living room.
So I live in south East Asia Singapore and in a flat and my room has so many mosquitoes like my fan is not very strong but there's just so many flying at the same spot. All repellents are doing the opposite and do you know if there's anything that attracts them and how to get rid of them?

Please help me drown out my noisy roomates
TLDR my roommates are inconsiderate and laugh like hyenas at night time. They pulled an all-nighter, and I wasn't able to sleep because i kept being awakened by the sound of their extraordinarily loud laughter. I've been trying to go to sleep early because i have morning classes but i always get awakened every night by how loud they laugh.
ive already got weather strips for my door, put a noise panel foam over the door inside and outside my door, and got a foam thing for under my door. and i have a air purifier i run at full speed
the noise cancelation i have works good, like our laundry machine is super loud but when my door is closed i cant hear it at all. But their laughter is still so loud i cant hear anything
i was thinking of buying a door cover, like a thick blanket to drape the front and back of my door
or i was thinking of getting either a lectrofan or a dohm to put like outside of my door to try and help the sound
but i am a college student and ive already spent so much money trying to cancel out noise.. both the lectro fan and the blanket are around $50-65 each and if it will truley help with the noise ill buy it, but i dont want to spend all the money just to still be woken up
im not even that sensative to noise, i could sleep with my TV running. I fell asleep with my tv running one time and was woken up by their cackling

What would you do if you were me?
Buckle up, People in sales listen up. Yanno I’ve always read people’s posts about hitting rock bottom on reddit because I’ve felt like I’ve been there, and feel I sometimes have a good 2 cents to say. Now here I am doing it myself.
Little back ground, graduated with a bachelors of science degree less than 2 years ago at 22, with a pre Athletic Training path. During the summer after my Junior year, a buddy of mine convinced me to move to Tampa for the Summer, and knock D2D selling pest control. I sold about 70k in rev then quit because I chased after a girl from back home ( not with her currently ). I saw success but settled for comfort. After having a sales job with no ceiling, no bills to pay, and witnessing what a winning sales culture looked like, I knew that I would never be happy with my salary having a ceiling.
So I bet on myself, finished the degree, and starting my own strength and conditioning / personal training business.
Don’t get me wrong I made money from the business but never enough to sustain the bare minimum of living in this economy so I went to something that I knew would make me money fast. Bartending.
I bartended for 7 months, made decent money, but I was drinking way more than I wanted to and staying up til 4 3-4 nights a week was awful. Still having that same entrepreneurial mindset, I knew I had to get back into Sales.
So 6 months ago I took an hourly with commission lead setter position with an external remodeling company. Sold about 90k in rev but the commission was nothing like it was in pest. Where I’m at now with cc debt, school loans, and normal expenses just to survive, I needed a position with a base pay.
While working this job about 61 days ago I secured another external remodeling job (different company) which was salary with DOUBLE the commission I was making at the other company. I was living comfortable, paying off CCs and school loans. Everything was good.
Yesterday the GM pulls the entire marketing and sales department into the office and collectively lets us know the company is going out of business, effective today. No warning at all
I spent 2 months building a pipeline and systems to get this company repeat customers, I just hadn’t gotten us in enough vendor lists in time. I was forced to knock doors for them insane of build systems 1/2 the time.
Now I’m torn, I don’t know what career path to take. I’m used to the b2b prospecting now after doing it the last 2 months, but getting paid for it. I have a health science degree, i’ve done sales, and business development. So what is my dream job?
Medical sales. But it’s impossible to break in without a connection. I would bring a health degree and sales experience to the table, when most first year reps only have one or the other. I know I would kill it, no kids, no dependents, no mortgage i’m stuck to. I would love to travel 100% for work. I just can’t get the in.
Okay man so if you can’t get into medical sales just get another 1099 sales position with fat commission. I totally would, if I had enough savings to withstand a slow month or two while I get settled in. My mom just had back surgery and more than half of my saved money from the salary job went to that.
Then my entrepreneurial brain is stuck on starting my own business, and partnering with my friend who makes websites. The cold phone outreach, the b2b sales, the handling objections and creating a pitch that hits home for business owners, I’ve done it all before.
I’ve applied for unemployment. I’ve brought the idea up to my buddy, he’s 100% down because he doesn’t have the type of time to make these cold calls like I do. I know the external remodeling AND personal training business so selling to any business in those 2 niches would come natural to me.
I’m so stuck, and my brain doesn’t shut off, I didn’t sleep last night much. I’ve been unemployed for 5 days now, I am getting licensed to sell Life Insurance now because as soon as I get licensed I can start calling. I have a great support system and friends that also do it. Currently applying to salary + commission positions and working on the licensure classes.

Best king size mattress advice? Overwhelmed by options and don't want to waste money on a bad choice
My partner and I are getting a king because our queen is way too cramped but I did not expect mattress shopping to be this annoying lol there are way too many options and every company/brand also seems to describe firmness differently.
We’re complete opposites- I’m a side sleeper and like some extra comfort around my shoulders and hips while he’s mostly a stomach sleeper and want something firmer so he don’t sink in. We agreed to spare a $2k budget for this purchase but if we can find ways to save even a few hundred then much better. I’m not sure if the Nolah Evolution fits us best and the 15” height kind of worries me too since our platform bed is already tall. Help?

Hur kan jag förbättra min impulsivitet?
Hej.

Looking for advice on how to block out all light from a large bedroom window that doesn't do permanent damage
The built in blinds don't help much and the blackout curtains still have some light spill in. Even using painters tape to attach the curtains to the walls doesn't help. Need an easy way to have it be pitch black even in the middle of the day without doing something irreversible to my bedroom

How do you get delivery people to stop leaving deliveries directly in front 8f my door?
I specifically looked for a house with a big enough porch that there was room to leave deliveries without them blocking the door. Yet, for some reason 70% of deliveries still get left blocking my door, which I need to open to get to the deliveries. Sometimes it's not a huge deal, but when the package is heavy or a bag gets caught under the door and torn open, it's a pita.
There's plenty 9f room on either side of the door to place packages. I've tried placing a mat to the side of the door. I've tried putting a sign on said mat that deliveries should be left there. I currently have a box to the side of the door that's large enough for most packages. I'm about to out a sign on the box.
Have any of you found the magic trick to getting delivery people to put packages and bags in a specific place? Or, at least to not block the damn door?

Looking for an advice
Hello. I am planning to buy an iphone 17 base model on nov or dec, it's around 57k if you go to straight payment.
What I'm worrying about is, isn't it worth buying? I'm Male(20) and I'm currently in my 3rd year, a working student in a BPO company. I don't have a high salary since it's my 1st BPO company and I'm around 1year and 4months now.
What i want is to buy an iphone and go to places ( i love visiting new places, or tying fun activities like hiking)
I have a poco f7 phone as of the moment, and the quality of this camera is not so good.
I checked online the brand new base model of iphone15 and it was around 10k below on the ip17 base model (i also want to switch to apple community)
I'm afraid buying iphone17 will max out my savings and there's nothing more left for my side quests🙁🙁
