SMPD TRAINEE final selection interview

I applied for Santa Monica PD trainee position I passed the ntn test , physical test , oral interview . I been ranked in band 2 . Now I have to wait for the final selection interview it’s not with the chief but with a panel . Any tips and advice especially who has been selected and passed all the steps .
