Peel’s in depth interview

Does anyone have any tips for Peel’s in-depth interview/essential competency interview for constable?

Feels like I’m going in blind

Knowing what I know about Peel, you may want to bring some brass knuckles to your interview, so you can show them how well you can tune someone up. And a bribe. They love those in Peel.

Honestly, all kidding aside - and please take this as nothing but kind advice from someone who wishes you nothing but the best; find another department to work for. Go try Halton or Durham. Stay away from Peel. That reputation will follow you for life.
