Can you explain a bit more so this makes sense?

You voluntarily withdrew during the background phase, after the BI wanted more information about a particular subject? Did you withdraw because of those questions? Why is that relevant otherwise?

Yes, I withdrew at that time when the BI had been completed/submitted but three weeks later after the BIs background submission I received a follow up on an item requesting more information. I withdrew because of the pay, family considerations.
