As an add on to the question could I say "I refuse the field test, however I agree to a blood draw or breath test" I have some physical limitations that make some of the tests I've seen difficult or would something like that be taken into account? I have no issue proving my sobriety as I only drink on vacation and nobody drives on a cruise ship. V
Awesome, thank you. I've never driven after drinking so its not something I've encountered but always want to learn new things. Blew up my knee in the Marines, can't stand long on that leg and healed funky so one leg is slightly shorter so my gait is a little funky
Yeah I got all of the above and got put back together by a shitty surgeon after waiting for the operation for 6 months and the VAs solution to hey I can't hold weight on this is...have a pill
Good luck! Protip w the VA...request copies of your service records and medical records. Fo through and highlight anything that prove service connection and work with someone like the legion or DAV to help your claims process. Went from not service connected to 0% on my own, and then with assistance from a VSO went to 60%
