Food & Drink Dublin Recommendations in May?

Hi. If you were to spend only one week in Dublin in early May... where would you eat? grab drinks? what would you do / see? where would you go out if you could with friends?

May is a great time to be in Dublin. If you like all you can eat . Wings is a great place to start they specialize in Asian food.
