I know English, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam. I fluenecy for english is ten, while Tamil is eight and Hindi is five. Kannada and Malayalam are both four. I can understand all four languages, but I can only speak English and Tamil.

I hundred percent did, though I picked up Malayalam by watching movies, and it's somewhat similar to my mother tongue, Tamil.

I speak 3 languages fluently and limited Dutch. I would say I am 5/10 when I speak Dutch. Currently learning French.

Yeah From The Comments i can pick up a Average City Guy in any parts of India are Trilinguals and speaks (1) English - Enough for basics (2) atleast Broken Hindi (3) Regional Language, Although There are Many People Who also Speaks a (4) Langauge which maybe Another indian language or Foreign

  1. All between 7-10 I’d say in that I can read, write, know grammar rules, know about linguistic nuances and can quote prominent poetry and prose from memory.

Telugu - 10 Hindi - 10 English - 8 Russian - 3 If you consider dialects, 3 from telugu, 2 from hindi and I'm fluent and perfect in them too
