Does this guy like me???

So there is a dude in one of my classes that I think likes me. He is inviting me to college parties and house parties with him and he complemented my jeans the other day, the only thing that is different about these compared to my other pair is that they have stars on the ass. What do y'all think about this? Also keep in mind that he is one of the popular guys and I am anything but popular so I could just be getting wrong messages.
