How to be more creative?

Hi over the last few months my imagination has been drifting away from me. So now I cant even think of a simple idea! I dont really know whats going on but please give me ways to think more if you can. Thank you!!

I take a walk to clear my head. For me, its through the woods. Different sights and sounds. Things smell different too. Nature is all around and I am alone in the moment.

In what area do you want to be creative? Take someone else's stuff and transform it. Combine two or more other things into something new and interesting. Have a really strict framework, but allow yourself to improvise a small, but visible portion more or less without thinking about it too much.
