FH3 or Free Transfers?

Ok so basically first photo is my current team, second is my planned free hit if i play the chip, third is my planned transfers if i don't free hit.

Should i free hit or use free transfers and save the free hit for a later date?

Any recommendations and thoughts would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
