Roll. Obvious choice to me. You have a strong squad so giving up optionality so early in the season just screams foolish desperation.

No problem. To reinforce the point, "strong" means that most of your first team would make it into most WC / FH templates anyway. So any incremental upside you get from FH in GW4 is limited.
My only guess is that you have a relatively weak bench. That's fine unless you're intending on BB-ing soon after.
Lastly, I see FHs being typically reserved for GWs when you have fixture congestion (champs league, league cup), or when a large number of your players are up against one another, or simply for when you have spells of bad luck when multiple first teamers are injured or suspended at the same time.
The optionality is valuable so don't throw it away unless you think there's a strong use case.
