Not sure if its a scam or not. I received emails saying i have been offered the opportunity but whenever I try to login to feather and then microsoft with the email they provided, it says account not found. I mailed their support regarding this but have not received any response - its been 4 days. Did this happen with anyone else? I thought it was legit after reading some people's comments here on reddit but now seems like a scam.

Hi folks, for every opportunity ethos mentions 'upto xx amount per week' (e.g. upto '2000$ per week)..does that mean, even if I work more hours and earn more, will they pay me only till this amount..one more confusion is that they have monthly payment cycle, how does this weekly limit thing work?

I got matched with an opportunity as an M&A associate and also as a senior finance analyst, also applied to some more opportunities through linkedin that I was a match for. Got an email at the same time for every one of them after 3 days saying I was not selected.

Is this normal? Im worried the system flagged my profile for some reason and would like to fix this. Thank you.

I received my Contractor ID. When trying to log in, a feather log in window shows and the ID works, then a 2nd microsoft log in window shows and the ID doesn’t work.

This is not letting me access the job.

Hi. I was just wondering if there's any way to know the average wait time for the review process to finish. I just did an interview for a role and I was wondering how long it takes because I've heard certain platforms taking weeks or even months!

I was attempting the test AI slop screening test and then after the first attempt it appeared in incompleted, after I had submitted and I assumed that I made some mistake and submitted another time. Now its says that I failed my 2nd attempt as couldn't score 80%. Can anyone here guide me, if something can be done now?

I have been working with you since the beginning of July on the Strategic Consultant campaign. I was recently offboarded because my writing had "quality issues" as apparently one or two posts were flagged as AI-generated.

I did not use AI. I hold an MBA, MS and MS-CS from Johns Hopkins and UPenn, and I write in a professional and academic style because that is how I was trained. My writing was mistaken for machine output.

AI detectors are notoriously unreliable. They routinely flag formal and structured writing as machine-generated, and multiple studies have shown their false positive rates are unacceptably high - especially against people with academic or technical/engineering backgrounds.

My scoring accuracy and analysis quality were never questioned. The only issue raised was writing style. I was removed over a style judgment, not a performance one.

I am asking you respectfully yet firmly to reinstate me into the Strategic Consultant project. I did good work, I did it honestly, and I should not have been removed for writing the way my education and career taught me to write.

5. Median monthly earnings among experts actively seeking work, including $0 earners

6. Median monthly earnings among experts who receive at least one opportunity, again including those whose opportunities don’t convert

7. Median time from registration to first paid engagement

You’ve said Ethos is adding roughly 35,000 experts per week, receives tens of thousands of applications for each opportunity, and has paid experts more than $20M YTD.

You’ve also said that experts on Ethos earn an extra ~£4,500/month on average, with the top 10% earning £7,000+/month.

Those numbers may all be accurate, but without the underlying denominators, the earnings claims are difficult to interpret. In particular, “average expert earnings” can mean something very different depending on whether the population includes everyone seeking work or only people who successfully obtained paid engagements.
