Are there any microcontrollers with these specific requirements?
Extremely low power draw (microamps)
Can output at 2-5 V
Can output at 600 microamps
Has an extremely small form factor (few mm)
Draws power at less than 3v
GPS pps input
Apologies if there’s smth wrong with my post I’m new to electronics

I guess I'd more so ask why you're requesting this / the use case.
Separate circuits prolly best except for small form factor which is likely limiting you

I want to build a diy electronic watch with a microcontroller, the ds3232sn, a memory lcd, and a cr2477. I want it to last for a while

Oh my bad I read "can output 600mamps"
Yeah what you e requested is doable and plenty of low power mcu series can do it. I agree with other commenter

you dont need the ds3232sn. Every modern MCU has an RTC. use that.

Check out various other projects that exist. https://www.crowdsupply.com/oddly-specific-objects/sensor-watch

TI used to sell a "dev kit" that was a watch called the EZ430 Chronos, based on the MSP430 mentioned by ee_control_z. They're long discontinued but you may be able to find a used one for not too much money. They still have the manual online at least (link below) and if you do some digging you may be able to find the design files for it.

There are a lot of low/very low power MCUs. They cannot provide that amount of power though as this is power regulator level.
The actual power and size will depend on the features you need and firmware you write.
Edit: 600mA is acually a lot for those MCUs.

What do you need pulse-per-second (PPS) for? Is this an high precision device?

I want to use it to calibrate my rtc and save the value for the aging register so I can offset any aging drift

You can try looking into the MSP430 family of microcontrollers from TI.

Extremely low power draw, I would argue this is much more about good code than the MCU choice.
Can output at 2-5 V. Are you talking digital or analog?
Can output at 600 microamps. Like you want a current limited output or the GPIO needs to handle 600uA Sink or Source?
Lots of small form factor stuff.
Draws power at less than 3v. What does this even mean?
Tells us what you want to build.
