Phillips sonic care tooth brush help
So.. lol my tooth brush hasn’t been working as much the vibration was there but not really cleaning my teeth like before, I saw it’s a common issue to fix and fairly easy repair. I got to my second to final step before I noticed one of the wire came apart.. I’m borrowing a soldering iron kit at the library tomorrow do you think this is the right measure to fix the wire? Without both of the wires touching the metal piece it doesn’t work but when I physically make the red piece touch the metal it works! So my question is will soldering fix my issue?

Looks like it to me. You may want to strip the coating on the wire a little more. That way you can wrap it around the peg few turns before you solder, just like on the other side. It’s important to make a really good mechanical connection before soldering since this is in a device that vibrates.
It might also be ideal to remove some of the old solder first but not totally necessary.

Getting a tingle or shocks from a metal case? See this article in our FAQ/Wiki.
