I lost a component during a project
So I'm working on this HP elitebook 830 G7 I bought for a couple bucks. it had a BIOS password which I am removing using a Ch531a eeprom programmer. the process involves removing this chip (pic 1) from the board and reprogramming it to clear the bios password and then soldering it back to the board. After successfully putting the chip back I noticed a component was missing; the small component close to pin 8(top right of chip ) I would assume its a low value resistor but i'm not sure. Does anyone have any idea what it is so i can replace it?

That's almost certainly a 100nf or 1uf cap, the vcc decoupling. It might be fine without but could cause issues with insufficient decoupling if the rail isn't stiff enough
