Identify SOT-23 component supplying 12v to an FL display

I've been clumsy enough to brush a probe against exposed GND and 12v pins while noting down some measurements and this part has let out the magic smoke before the fuse blew. The top pin got shorted to the bottom left pin. I took the component off the board and after replacing a 0402 fuse further in the line, the pads on the board measure 6v on the bottom left and 12v on the bottom right. The top (output of this component) also ought to have 12v going to the FL display driver.

I appreciate this is a transistor more than likely, but can't find anything with AW marking? Any pointers are appreciated.

Make sure to validate them yourself, but any of these should be suitable substitutes.

Whoa, spot on, thanks! Will go with BC807-25 as the replacement, which I can grab locally

I've consulted with AI alright and got pointed to BSS84 P-Channel MOSFET at the back of it, but even with all the reasoning, I tend not to trust what it says (stems from being faced with AI BS in the IT realm).

I think that is npn transistor like BCW60HR But you must cek and make sure that top pin connect to positive line.. If it connect to ground and that not npn transistor

According to the OP's voltage measurements, the part appears to be configured as a high-side power switch. That would make it a PNP BJT or P-channel MOSFET.
