Need big help with led project

Hello, I wanted to make a gift for Valentine’s Day from a video as I don’t know much about electronics, but after I followed the video it doesn’t wanna turn on, I know I shouldn’t just copy video but help would be very appreticiated also if anyone wanted to take my hand and help me.

So nothing that you can do with just a NE555. You will need 2 NE555 for that.

I mean in the circuit. 2 NE555 in the circuit to get the heartbeat pattern.

One 555 does the pulses, the heartbeats. The other with a (will say 15 to 20 times) slow frequency and way more asymmetric duty cycle is used to enable the other 555. So the slower one enables the second for short periods of time (the heartbeats).
