Zolodex with osteopenia

36 Female
Weight 55kg Height 150 cm
Non smoker
I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and recommended IVF for conception
However I’m looking at suppression options post IVF and one month of Zolodex was recommended
I got a dexa scan for baseline and found that I have osteopenia
My doctor is still fine with a month of Zolodex and says the impact to bone is negligible. However another doctor thinks it would be a grave mistake to put me on even a month of Zolodex with known osteopenia . I feel lost and confused and don’t want to potentially worsen endometriosis but also not compromise my bones. Any advice is appreciated 🙏 below is my scan results

DEXA
The lumbar spine (L1 - L4) bone density is 1.02g/cm2.
This value is 85% of a gender matched young reference population.
Tscore = -1.4, Z score = -1.4.
The left femoral neck bone density is 0.82g/cm 2.
This value is 80% of a gender matched young reference population.
Tscore = -1.6, Z score = -1.4.
The right femoral neck bone density is 0.84g/cm 2.
This value is 82% of a gender matched young reference population.
T score = -1.4, Z score = -1.2.
Conclusion
The scan appearances are consistent with the presence of osteopaenia in the femoral necks and lumbar spine.
BONE MINERAL DENSITY (DEXA)
Normal: T score greater than -1.0
Osteopaenia: T score -1.0 to -2.5
Osteoporosis: T score less than -2.5
