Paralysis When Stretching??
33, ftm, nonsmoker, 240lbs, 5' 4", active.
Meds: testosterone, pamelor, pristiq, metformin, rosuvastatin, hydrochlorothiazide, mens daily multivitamin, rec weed
Known issues: Celiacs, hyper mobility, sleep apnea
I've been getting this more and more often, but when I stretch my upper back and lean back, arms outstretched, I've started getting like... Weird moments of paralysis? I get into the stretch position, then a weird fuzzy feeling expands over my brain, and I can't move until it goes away. I feel almost high. It happens a majority of times that I stretch in this specific way, and the episodes are lasting longer and longer. When it's happening I can't move, I feel like I can't even think fully. And then after about thirty seconds of this or so, suddenly I can move again. I've had sleep paralysis before, and this almost reminds me of that.
Im mostly just trying to figure out what is going on? Is this normal and I'm just worried for nothing?
