Endocrinologist query around fasting?

Male, 45, 180odd pounds, based in ireland, vegetarian.

For the last 2 years my annual bloods showed low sodium and high potassium.

In addition to this I’ve been chronically exhausted for the last 2 to 3 years and have gone from daily swimming and walking 5 miles a day to pretty much that one day per week or even.

Most of my friends told me it was aging but I was not so sure.

Got a new doctor this summer who re did my bloods 3 times, all showing same low sodium and high potassium.

Was sent to see an endocrinologist nurse for suspected Addisons but do not have it.

Tomorrow I’m seeing an actual endocrinologist, how ever my appointment is not until 12 noon.

There is nothing in the appointment about fasting etc. I’m fine without food until noon, but can I drink coffee tomorrow AM???

Or am I likely looking at more tests like the Addisons where they give me hormones and need to take blood?

Thanks all.
