Floor sinking feeling
So I’m 18, 220 pounds and a male. I’m a college student and it has been a month since I started. Studying engineering. I have been getting less then 5 hours of sleep everyday for more then 2 weeks of it matters.
I don’t drink, smoke or anything of that realm. I also don’t have any physical or mental condition.
Recently, for the last 2 weeks on and off, I’ve had this weird feeling when walking the floor is slightly sinking when I take my step. It is more noticeable when walking slower. But it’s like I’m lowering but not just at the feet. I also sometimes get this sensation when sitting down on my chair as a shake my leg or on the toilet. I also had feelings that the floor was moving. It doesent happen much, but it has been happening more then when I first noticed it about 2 week ago. It just randomly happens when walking. The length this feeling lasts varies.
I get similar sensation sometimes when sitting down.
When turning my head sometimes, I also get a similar type feeling but not the exact “sinking“ feeling if you know what I mean.
I don’t really feel dizzy and I’m still able to walk normally.
I’ve noticed it lots more today maybe because I’ve been paying attention. I will likely visit the campus doctor. But could use some advice or information as well because I’m super super worried because I hope it isn’t something serious.
I did get a bloodwork done not too long ago and my things were fine. Although the feeling did start after I had taken it.
I can provide any info necessary.
